The team

The team was founded in the autumn of 2004, with the aim to purchase and race a Melges 24.
In November 2004 the team purchased FIN-319 (Fennia), each team member owning 25%.

The team has set a 4 season goal of taking part in the worlds of 2008. The team decided to race
for NJK as several other Melges 24 teams are sailing for that club and it is geographically well
situated in regards to the racecourses in the Helsinki area.
